Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the SetupMyHome move-in concierge service. SetupMyHome is a registered trade name of IO IT Services Corporation, which operates the service. They will be finalized as a Consumer Protection Act, 2002-compliant Master Services Agreement reviewed by Ontario counsel before the paid pilot.

What the service is

We coordinate move-in services — utilities, waste, tax billing, internet, and related tasks — for residential buyers after their purchase is firm. Providers remain the contracting parties for their own services; we act solely as your disclosed, authorized representative within the scope you grant.

Your authorization

You appoint us as a limited agent through a Scoped Service Mandate. This is expressly not a power of attorney. It is limited by provider, action, address, spend cap, and time, and is revocable at any time.

What we will never do

We will not impersonate you, access your accounts using your credentials, incur obligations beyond an agreed cap, provide insurance/legal/financial advice, obtain a credit report, or collect your SIN.

Fees, cancellation, and refunds

Plan fees are described on our pricing page and charged after your deal is firm. Cancellation and refund rights follow Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002. Full terms will appear here once finalized with counsel.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
